How to Place an Order
Our office is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Domestic customers have the convenience of placing an order online, by telephone or by visiting the gallery. International customers, please call to place your order. All orders will be processed within 5 business days. When placing an order please remember to verify your address and phone number. Be sure to include your full address. This includes apartment or lot numbers, city, state and zip code. If you are shipping to a different address please be sure to the address entered is correct. We will not be responsible for reshipping costs.
Shipping Time
We make all the pottery that is on the website but we do not keep all colors in stock. If your pieces are in stock they are shipped from our studio within five business days of order receipt. Items that are out of stock may take 2-4 weeks to create and ship. If you need a piece quicker, feel free to call for a list of colors and or pieces in stock. 336-992-0054

Now our Standard Delivery rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight of your purchased items. This means you get our lowest shipping rates and you choose your rate.
Carrier
We recommend that all Lace Pottery be shipped via UPS. Packages are automatically insured and easily tracked through UPS for US addresses.
If you live outside the United States, we offer shipping via the US Postal Service.
